Work we do for clients is covered by the written proposal or agreement for that project. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.
Using this website
You may browse the site and contact us for your own business purposes. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, sending spam through the contact form or copying large parts of the content.
Information on the site
We keep the content accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not a quote or professional advice. Timelines and prices are confirmed only in a written proposal.
Quotes and projects
Every project starts with a written plan, scope and fixed price. Work begins once you accept the proposal and any agreed deposit is paid. Changes to the scope may change the price and timeline, and we agree them with you in writing first.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and code of this website belong to PREP Technologies unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each project agreement.
Links to other sites
The site links to other services, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
